Countdown to Christmas Day 24

When Mylea came home this afternoon, she wanted to know right away what our Christmas activity would be.
When she saw what we would be doing, her response was excitement. She jumped up and down and kept saying "yeah"!
Tonight we would be going to the Living Nativity. Mylea referred to it as "going to Bethlehem". This would be our fourth year to attend. Mylea talks about the nativity throughout the year and couldn't wait to go see the donkey, Mary, the angel, and Baby Jesus.
She was so excited about our plan that she grabbed my phone and ran outside to call Landen.
When Landen got home from work, we loaded up and headed to see Baby Jesus.

If you look very close, you can see Mylea's little fingers waving at Baby Jesus.

This solider was walking around talking to people in the cars while they waited for their turn. Mylea became very interested in his outfit and couldn't wait to take a picture with him.

"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." Isaiah 9:6
