Since this blog is for the girls to remember their childhood, this needs to be posted.
Lloyd and Amanda are taking care of all our animals while we are out of town. This afternoon (while at Legoland) we received a call from Lloyd with some sad news. While checking on the dogs today, Lloyd discovered that Diva (our beloved Boxer) had passed away sometime since yesterday evening. As sad as it is, Diva has been with us a long time and we knew that it was coming in the future (just not this soon). We have had Diva for over 11 years. I will never forget hoe small and adorable this little Boxer was when I first saw her in the Wal-Mart parking lot. She has lived in all four of my houses (2 college apartments and 2 houses in Ft. Smith). Many memories have been made with this sweet protective dog. I just had to post a few pictures of Diva.
(not sure why these can not be made larger)
Landen teaching Leightyn to play tee ball. Diva would fetch the ball after it was hit.

Diva had a love for bubbles!

Always following Mylea around.
She loved to steal your spot on the couch.

Loving on Landry
You know that Diva was a sweet dog when she joined in on some dress-up with Mylea!
