Mylea came home from school all smiles! She had fun celebrating her birthday with her new friends!

Birthday Dinner

After Chuck E Cheese, we headed to La Huerta for some birthday food. And yes....Chuck E did sit at the table and eat with us!

After eating, the guys came out and serenaded Mylea. She did not like this! Mylea quickly jumped in Josh's lap. When the song was over, Mylea told Josh that "we should have gone home" instead of coming to LaHuerta!

Before leaving, Mylea still needed birthday spankings from Big Toot....

and Daddy!!!

Chuck E Cheese Party

After Mylea's fun day, we headed to Chuck E Cheese to meet some family members for a small party. Everyone had fun playing games and winning tickets for Mylea. Mylea had fun with the games but really wanted to get to the presents and birthday cookie!

Surprise Surprise....Mylea picked out a Smurf cookie!!!

After opening presents from from aunts, uncles, and cousins, Mylea had one big present left!

When she unwrapped it and found out it was a suitcase, she replied "I already have one of these!". We told her that maybe there was something inside.....

She wasn't to sure or happy about it being stuffed with tissue paper. Keep digging we told her!

"Why is my Mickey and Minnie in here?"

I told her that for her birthday we were going to be taking a trip to Disney. She replied "yeah...I've been there before". Not the reaction I was hoping for!!!

I don't think the trip settled in her mind right away. The next morning she asked me if we were going to Disney. When I told her yes, her face lit up and she gave me a big hug. The countdown has begun for September 17th!

After presents, Mylea took on the responsibility of cutting the cookie. Her only rule was that no one could eat Papa Smurf.

After a few more games, everyone gave their tickets to Mylea. She was so excited to cash in the tickets for a 3 foot tall Chuck E balloon!

Birthday Fun Day

Keeping with the family tradition....Mylea got to plan how we spent her actual birthday. After she opened her presents, Mylea wanted to play dinosaurs while she watched Pippi Longstocking (her current favorite movie). When the movie was over, it was time to get dressed and head out for the day. Mylea chose Taco Bell for lunch. She was excited that Lloyd and Amanda came to eat with us.

After lunch, Mylea wanted to go watch a movie. She chose Smurfs....again (this would be her third time to see it). She sat through the movie as it she had never seen it before!

When the movie was over, she wanted to get a haircut. We quickly got it cut and then headed to a small family party at Chuck E Cheese.

Mylea did a great job planning her fun day!

Happy 4th Birthday Mylea Jo!!!!

I can't believe that my baby turned 4 last Monday!!! How is that possible????

Mylea woke up excited that it was finally her birthday. She was ready to open present and get the fun day started!

Paint....dinosaurs....a farm truck...and an animal hospital. Everything she always wanted!!!

Last weekend we celebrated Papaw and Mylea's birthday in Waldron. We had already planned to be there for the weekend so it worked out great to have a cook-out and some cake.
