Weekend With Elf Gracie
Friday morning we woke to a big fort in the living room.
Gracie and a few of her friends were ready to play.
Saturday morning we found Gracie hiding in the pantry enjoying a snack.
Sunday morning Gracie had us some wonderful Elf Cakes to eat before heading to church.
Countdown to Christmas Days 3-7
Day 3
Tuesday night Landen and the girls had supper at Fuji's with Lloyd, Amanda, and Chance for Lloyd's 30th birthday. I was at a church party so there are no pictures to post.
Day 4
Wednesday we had Awanas so we made homemade pizza for supper before heading out.
Day 5
We had planned to the Living Nativity in town but with the weather coming in, we hung out and had a movie night upstairs.
Our power only flickered for a few seconds. This was long enough for Mylea to grab a flashlight to sleep with.
Days 6 and 7
Icy roads and cold weather were good reasons to stay in our warm house and have some fun family time.
Snow Day #1
Greenwood Schools cancelled school on Thursday just in case the weather got terribly bad during the day. We received the call just as we were getting home from church Wednesday night. Mylea was exited. She began jumping up and down and shouting "yeah", Landry joined in on the celebration.
Thursday was a great day for jammies and Christmas movies.

The ice came before the snow. This big old tree fell early in the afternoon.
