Tulsa Trip: Suprise!

Two weeks ago, my mom and I planned a girls trip to Tulsa for a few days. I didn't tell the girls we were leaving just in case something came up. We picked Mylea up at school and gave her the impression that we had some errands to run. She wasn't to thrilled about the errands. It wasn't until we stopped by to tell Landen bye that she learned about our errands being in Tulsa. She was thrilled to be spending a few days in our favorite city.

Going right along with the Dr. Seuss theme, we asked for books as gifts instead of toys. Several people mentioned they had fun looking for a perfect book or a book from their childhood. Landry was interested in pulling the paper out of the bags but that was about it. She ended up walking 

around pretending to talk on a cell phone. Big sis Mylea stepped in and had no problem opening 

the rest of the gifts!

Happy 1st Birthday Landry Lei

I can't believe that our little Landry is already a year old!!!! This year has flown by! We celebrated her special day on January 12th with a few close friends and family members. We decided on a Dr. Seuss theme and then just went with it. I have to admit that it was fun to finally do a theme party.
